TLR7 and TLR8 are proteins made from the X chromosome. When the RNA virus is infected,
TLR7 and TLR8 react to activate immune cells. As one of the reactions, it was reported that ATP
production by anaerobic glycolysis was stopped. Thus, a compound resembling a virus

only X sperm has TLR7 and TLR8, Y sperm was not affected by the adjuvant and then swim up to
the upper layer, while X sperm was affected by the adjuvant and then immobilize. Next, we
collected the upper Y sperm and precipitated X sperm and subjected them to in vitro
fertilization, and succeeded in selectively producing XY and XX embryo in mice.
