NARRATIVE REPORT
During the first 30 hours of my on-the-job training on being a student assistant of Ms. Jeliza
Paunan, a teacher from ACLC College of Manila. The first tasked that was assigned to me by Ms. Jeliza
was to check quizzes of her ABM Grade 11 students and a few chosen sections from GAS and HUMSS
Grade 11 students also. As the day went by, I was tasked to come with her to the classroom during her
class hour to monitor her students at the back.

My step up was like that for the rest of my 30 hours of on-the-job, i helped Ms. Jeliza with
arranging her paper works, checking the attendance of her students when she is busy. Going down to the
office to let the Senior High School Coordinator to sign the excuse letter. Not until, I found that I cannot
be a student assistant because I'm a part of the InPress, ACLC’s official school publication.

During the rest of my 80 hours of my duty, I spent it as the News Writer of the InPress during the
Intramurals 2025 of ACLC College of Manila and that happened on March 31, 2025 up until to April 7,
2025 under of our InPress adviser Mrs. Kim S. Padama. In this duty of mine during the Intramurals, I've
spent time on working writing captions about what’s happening next and also worked on captions like
the winning team, score update and the player of the game. During this duty, I experienced alot because
we are tasked to write and post a caption within a short time span because they need it immediately to
be updated on what’s happening. I also feel happy and overwhelmed by what happened because it's my
first time being a journalist and the people who surround me are all kind to me. Special thanks to our
adviser, Mrs. Padama for guiding us through the whole entire week's event, I’ve learned alot.

Throughout my OJT experience, I learned a lot, especially the sequence of being on time and the
responsibilities that I gain. Being tardy is not an excuse, I should always be responsible anytime. The
lessons I learned here, I will surely apply to my future to become an improved and best version of me.
