1. Design calculations were verified and found acceptable. In case of piping the qualifications and
experience of the design engineer were confirmed.
2. Inspections, examinations, and tests prior to, during and after completion of fabrication / site Signature:
installation were found to be satisfactory.
3. Materials used for pressure parts were verified against the supplier’s mill certificates, checked for
compliance with the construction code and drawing requirements.
4. Transferring identification markings of the pressure components were carried out correctly by the Date: 04/03/2022
manufacturer to maintain traceability.
5. Welding was carried out by qualified welders / welding operators in accordance with code
requirements, using qualified procedures approved by 3rd party & client.
