Our goal is to list every hotel in the country on our platform, regardless of the
size of the city or the hotel, ensuring 100% pan-India coverage and delivering optimal
results for our connected clients. This initiative is for bookingsmaker.com, an online
travel agency (OTA), and we offer our services to hoteliers with a very nominal
transaction acquisition cost (TAC).
BookingsMaker.com – Policy on Revenue Management:.
We connect only 10% of hotels in a particular city to the total available options.
For example, if there are 100 hotels available in a given location, we can connect only
10 hotels for revenue management.
This policy applies to Tier 1 cities based on their location. To achieve optimal
results, we are implementing this strategy.
Once a city is closed, we will not connect any new hotels. We can only add
another hotel from that location if any clients discontinue their partnership with us. We
only accept hotels with a minimum inventory of 10 rooms.

BookingsMaker.com–Lead Time for Revenue Generation:.
The lead time may vary depending on the condition and previous stage of the
property.
In general, we require 90 working days (approximately 3 months) to increase
your current online revenue by a minimum of 25% based on your initial commitment.
This timeline begins from the date we receive all necessary documents, the No
Objection Certificate (NOC), and payment of integration charges.
First 30 working days: We will make the property live on all major Online Travel
Agencies (OTAs). Following this, we will conduct a 30-day
testing period for the CM and BE products. Additionally, we
will initiate a training process. According to be documents

contact. A dedicated account manager will also be assigned
to you and will reach out via email. Connecting with (BE), (CM),
and API integration testing, among others.
Second 30 working days:
The implementation of content, ranking, promotions, and
reputation management will be addressed, and training will
be handed over to the front office team along with a welcome
email and a dedicated account manager.
Third 30 Working Days: Please do not anticipate revenue growth from our side at
this time, as we need to complete integrations, launch your services,
enhance rankings, and undertake other essential steps that
will contribute to revenue improvement.
We analyze market competitors and enhance promotions for each Online Travel
Agency (OTA) to ensure a 25% increase in initial commitments, which will involve
significant backend work that will be invoiced accordingly. Starting in the fourth month,
we can observe a constant increase in revenue.
Please note that during the first and second months, you should not expect
revenue growth, as this period is dedicated to implementation.

Minimum billing charges of ₹1,500.00 + GST will be incurred in the event of
no bookings.

The payment schedule is as follows:
One time charges:
This is for the CM, BE, and OTA integration related to the BookingsMaker.com group fee.
The operation will commence once the payment is received; this day will be considered
the signed day with BookingsMaker.com. (Note: The operation commencement date is
determined by the date of payment receipt, not earlier.)
All product payments are made annually/Monthly, while all service payments are made
monthly.
All payments for products and services from BookingsMaker.com must be made through
RTGS, NEFT, fund transfer, or UPI Transfer using the account details provided below.
Please note Please be advised that if you make a UPI payment or account transfer to any of our
staff members or unknown individuals, the management of BookingsMaker.com will not be held
responsible for those transactions.

Terms and Conditions
Our team will install, configure and train the client’s staff on use of the software
We treat all data passed to Bookingsmaker.com team as confidential and maintain the
confidentiality
The Reservation Manager or member of your team should be assigned as a single-point
contact /coordinator to interact with us for any support we may require and to address any
issues.
Any dispute arising from this proposal shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts
of Pondicherry Union territory only.
At any point, if property is left with us after the settlement of pending invoices, we will
send a final handover email from our end. No further support can be provided from our
side in the future.
In Booking.com, Expedia, Go-MMT OTA’s if the hotelier opt for Pay at hotel option, then the
hotel management is responsible for paying all commissions on time. If any overdue
occurs, then Bookings maker will not be responsible. It's important to collect all payments
at the hotel without fail. We may not be accountable for collecting them.
Payment from AGODA platform will be released by us after 30-45 working days from the
date of checkout.
Payment from Expedia will be released from our end manually after check out.(Weekly
once)
Specific Terms and Conditions
Kindly note that any presumed or assumed losses and/or cancellations incurred by your Hotel upon
cessation of service by BookingsMaker.com due to non-payment of BookingsMaker.com fees is not
the responsibility of BookingsMaker.com
Reconnection fees may apply to clients who have been disconnected, and only those with
outstanding payments cleared will be eligible for reconnection.
Strictly no delays on the monthly payment- Since we have to pay for our vendors and subscription
payments, promotions expenses on time to run smoother.
Payment has to be made on time. After 30days, intimation and remainders will be sent thrice and
finally the operations will be stopped with an email. The client has to speak to the sales head for
further action
PLEASE NOTE TDS NOT APPLICABLE FOR REVENUE MANAGEMENT SERVICE, SINCE WE ARE
PROVIDING Software and service it’s not a commission payment. For Bookingsmaker.com site
bookings only TDS Applicable (If managed by other rev. management company or management we
may take 4 to 5 months to bring extra revenue.)
Payment Adjustments- (If more than 2 months not paid we may have rights to adjust from our
bookingsmaker.com bookings payable to hotel Amount)
Once paid, integrations whether through a one-time payment or a monthly subscription are non-
refundable and non-adjustable.
Contract /Cancellation Period
Before commencing any legal contracts, we establish a mutually agreed-upon proposal that both
parties sign. Should you wish to terminate the agreement, please provide us with at least 30 days' notice

via E-mail. Your cancellation confirmation email will be considered as consent to halt work. Once any
outstanding balances owed to Bookingsmaker.com are cleared, you will receive all necessary information.

Payment to Hotel
All online booking payments will be credited directly to your current account; no payment
whatsoever is routed through the BookingsMaker.com account. Not only do we help increase
your revenue, but we also follow up with your team to settle OTA pending payments.
BookingsMaker.com will charge the commercial mentioned on the 6th Page as per the
proposal every month, the same needs to be paid within the 7th of every month, along with
a detailed booking statement of the previous month's reservation details with ARR and OTA
split will be provide
All Pay-at-Hotel (PAH) booking commissions must be paid directly by your hotel to the
relevant agents or portals using NEFT or RTGS only. Note that most online travel agencies
(OTAs) will deduct their PAH payables from your future payables.
Commission Invoice from Booking.com must be settled directly with them. We can assist you
in updating your NOSHOWS if you send us the details by email or through our dedicated
Account Managers who are assigned to help you with NOSHOW support.

After completing the integration process, we will share a welcome E-mail along with the live team
contact details. They will be our point of contact for 30 days. After training, we will allocate a dedicated
account manager and share email copies of all our operations department support contact details. We
recommend placing this sheet in your front office.
