At Sumago Infotech Pvt. Ltd., I observed a range of essential equipment used for software
development and IT services. They serves a diverse clientele, including domestic, national, and
international clients, showcasing their broad reach and expertise. The company specializes in
application development and website development, delivering customized solutions tailored to meet
the unique needs of each client. By leveraging various programming languages and technologies, they
create robust applications and dynamic websites that enhance user experience and drive business
growth. Their ability to cater to clients across different regions demonstrates their commitment to
quality and adaptability in an ever-evolving technological landscape.

2 . Specific Standard/processes observed in technical practices/management processes

During my observation at Sumago Infotech Pvt. Ltd., I noted two specific standards/processes in their
technical practices and management processes:

1. Agile Development Methodology: The company employs Agile principles to manage software
development projects. This iterative approach focuses on collaboration, flexibility, and customer
feedback, allowing teams to adapt quickly to changes and deliver incremental improvements. Regular
sprints, stand-up meetings, and sprint reviews facilitate ongoing communication and ensure that
project goals align with client expectations.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) Process: Sumago Infotech implements a rigorous quality assurance process
throughout the development lifecycle. This includes both manual and automated testing to identify and
resolve issues early in the development phase. The use of standardized testing frameworks, such as
Selenium for automated tests, ensures consistent quality and performance of applications before

fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

During my visit to Sumago Infotech Pvt. Ltd., I observed several facilities that contribute to employee
