Job Brief
You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations, managing the production team,
and continuously improving production processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-
solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities
• Overseeing production activities and ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols
• Managing the production team and providing leadership and guidance as needed
• Continuously improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems as they arise
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities and ensuring they are reported to
management in a timely manner.
• Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with established standards, policies, and
procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and
increase efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to
• Manage the production team and ensure that all staff are trained, motivated, and performing
at their best
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments to ensure that
production targets are met
• Verify production reports and other relevant documentation as required
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to ensure that the company remains
competitive and profitable
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
