As per our conversation (Through Interview/Verbal/Recommended Communication), we are pleased to offer you job
in our organization YOVAN AYURVEDA PVT. LTD.
Subsequent to the discussions you had with us on May03, 2023. we are pleased to offer you employment
with our
organization as Associate– Sales Executive.
You will be entitled to a sum of Rs 240000 P.A (Rupees Two Lakh(s) Fourty Thousand Only)

for your services.
Terms & Conditions: -
You are requested to report o May,03,2023If you do not join us by this date, we shall treat this offer as
1. We have provided you employment on the basis of the employment details provided by you and you have requested
‘offer us not to do a reference check with your last employer before your joining. However, after your joining, within 7
days, we will complete your reference check depending on the correctness of the emailids and phone numbers
withdrawn’.of your referees. In case the referees could not be contacted/ their feedback is not positive or we find the
information provided in the application or resume incorrect then you agree that we shall terminate your services
with immediate effect without serving you the notice period.
You will be on probation for initial 3 months from your date of joining.

Your Service Agreement will be executed within two weeks of your joining, subject to your submission of all the
. required documents and satisfying all the requirements as mentioned above.
3 You agree that in the event of your joining the organization and before the execution of the Service Agreement,
4. the terms and conditions of this Offer Letter will have the legal effect. The terms and conditions of this Offer
. Letter will have no legal effect from the time and date of execution of the ServiceAgreement between you and
the Organization, so far as its terms and conditions are contrary to the Service Agreement.
No leave is permissible during the training period. Any kind of leave during the first week of your service is
strictly prohibited. Any leave taken during the first week of your joining will leads to the immediate
5.termination from the service without serving the notice period.
You hereby agree that any unauthorized leave (leave without approval of your reporting officer/HR) during
the training period will automatically leads to the termination from the service.

You are required to have job specific skills to perform your job for which you will be trained. The training involves
imparting of job knowledge through class room lectures/displays and on the job training underthe supervision
7.of Team Leader or Head of Department.
8. There may be mid-training review session after one week from the date of joining and you will be
advisedof our assessment. Failing to clear the mid training benchmarks will leads to your termination
without any pay.

9. At the end of the training, you will be assessed by the Head of your Department on the acquired job knowledge,
performance attributes, independent initiative, work un-supervised, team spirit, regular attendance, your capacity
deadlines and overall work culture habits. After the final assessment,you will be made aware of the outcome.
10. i) If you do not pass the assessment, you will not be taken into regular job. The day of assessment will beyour last day of
working with us.
ii) Or at your request and if it is possible, we can extend your training period by another week, followingwhich you will aga
be assessed and taken into regular service if you qualify.
C.) Notice Period: In order to resign, the notice should be given 1 month prior to resignation, If you leave
without informing to company your attendance will mark as USL and you will not get any salary
D.) If for some reason the company fires you, then you will get salary after 45 days from the date on which
you will be fired
1.Clauses 7 to 10 will not be applicable for the employees who do not require training for their job.
2.We reserve the right to terminate your training period (post mid training review session) at any time
without assigning any reason. You will be paid for the number of days worked with us.
3.We reserve the right to terminate your employment with us in case of indiscipline or non-performance or
gross misconduct.
4.If you misbehave with someone on the floor, the company will immediately take action against you.
5.If you see something else going on in the system other than company work, the company will fire you.
6.If you do not meet the target on daily basis, then the company will not give tea break and can stretch.
7.Continue for 10 days, if you do not archive the target, then the company can leave you at any time.
8.If the delivery target is not met, your salary may be put on hold.
9.If you make a profit below 60 thousand to the company, then the company can hold the salary at any
1 time, the company will give you the salary only when the profit comes.
We reserve the right to withdraw this offer in case you are found medically unfit or if any of the
information provided by you in the standard application form is found misleading or false.

You are requested to submit the following documents strictly on or before the date of joining: -

• Final Statement or Relieving Letter from last employer (if worked for more than one employer in last
one year, then relieving letters from all of them)
• Last two months verifiable salary slips (with company name and stamp, employee name, employee
code etc.) or original bank statement is mandatory.
• Copy of Pan Card
• Permanent Residence Proof (either one of Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar, Driving License etc.)
• Proof of current residence (Any two documents - Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Bank
Account Statement, Insurance Policy, Lease deed, any investment proof etc.)
• Educational Certificate
• Five Passport size photographs in white background
• Experience Certificates
Note – Failure to submit the documents on or before the date of joining will lead to
the immediatetermination from the service.
12.Please sign this letter in acceptance of this offer.Kindly confirm the acceptance of the offer by
returning the duly signed duplicate of this letter. Looking forward to a long and mutually
beneficial association with you.
13.Confidentiality: -
A. Employee will NOT expose any confidential information / data of the company to any
other person.
Confidentiality Obligations. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement,

confidential andnot disclose or use in any manner, directly or indirectly, any
proprietary information either during the term of this Agreement or at any time
thereafter, except
as required to perform their duties and responsibilities or with Employer’s prior written
consent.

C. Rights in Confidential and Proprietary Information. All ideas, concepts, work product,
information, written material or other confidential and proprietary information disclosed to
Employee by Employer (i) are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Employer, and
(ii) are disclosed or permitted to be acquired by Employee solely in reliance on Employee’s
agreement to maintain them in confidence and not to use or disclose them to any other person
except in furtherance of Employer’s business. Except as expressly provided herein, this
Agreement does not confer any right, license, ownership or other interest or title in, to or under
the confidential and proprietary information to Employee.
Ownership of Work Product. The Parties agree that all work product, information or other
D. materials created and developed by Employee in connection with the performance of duties and
responsibilities under this Agreement and any resulting intellectual property rights are the sole
and exclusive property of Employer.
Irreparable Harm. Employee acknowledges that use or disclosure of any confidential and
E. proprietary information in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement will give rise to irreparable
injury for which damages would not be an adequate remedy. Accordingly, in addition to any
other legal remedies which may be available at law or in equity, Employer shall be entitled to
equitable or injunctive relief against the unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential and
proprietary information. Employer shall be entitled to pursue any other legally permissible
remedy available as a result of such breach, including but not limited to damages, both direct and
consequential.
In any action brought by Employer under this Section, Employer shall be entitled to recover its
F. attorney’s fees and costs from Employee.
i) The Parties agree that all work product, information or other materials created and developed
by Employee in connection with the performance of duties and responsibilities under this
Agreement and any resulting intellectual property rights are the sole and exclusive property
of Employer.
ii) Severance At the time of termination, Employee agrees to return all Employer property,
including but not limited to computers, cell-phones, and any other electronic devices.
Employee shall reimburse Employer for any Employer property lost or damaged in an amount
equal to the market price of such property.
15. Miscellaneous:-
Authorityacknowledges
A). .- Employee to Contract and agrees that Employee does not have
authority to enter into any binding contracts or commitments for or on behalf of Employer without
first obtaining the prior written consent of Employer.
B). Notices.- Any notice or other communication given or made to either Party shall be in writing
and delivered by hand,
C). Documents submission.- At the time of joining Employee have to submit his/her documents
in hard copy (such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Class 10th and 12th Marksheets, Previous Offer
Letters for reference and 2 passport size Photos).
