1.0 All Unit HOHRs are hereby requested to open a Control Rcom to monitor the Cyclone/

Strike situation, arising out of the proposed strike by CITU-NLC Labour and Staff Union
and NLC Workers Progressive Union, Neyveli who have served Notices of Strike
indicating their intention to go on strike on 26-11-2020 in pursuance of certain demands

related to policy decisions of the Government of India and Nivar Cyclone.

2.0 The list of Executives/ Employees posted to the Control rooms (shift-wise) along with

contact numbers of the Control room and the Executive(s) in charge of Control rooms
may kindly be sent through mail to irsection®nlcindia.in before 18:00 Hrs

on 24-11 -2020.

4.0 ln order to monitor the Nivar Cyclone / Strike situation, a Control Room will be operated

from 14:00 Hrs on 24-11-2020 till normalcy is restored at Guest House, Block-25. The

contact Phone Numbers (NLCIL) of Central Control room is 70786, 70795 (NLCIL) /

04142 -252.664 (BSNL).

5.0 All Unit HOHRs are requested to send the shift-wise attendance details of Regular

employees and Contract Workmen to the Nivar Cyclone/ Strike Central Control Room /
Guest House within one hour of start of each shift from 24-11-2020, Night Shift, in the
attached format,
