Steps to Complete the Task

1. Math (Budgeting):
o You have ₱200 to plan the meal.
o Use a list of common food items and their prices (e.g., rice:
₱40/kg, vegetables: ₱30/bundle, chicken: ₱100/quarter
kilo).
o Solve simple problems like:
 If you buy 2 bundles of vegetables at ₱30 each,
how much will you spend?
 Do you have enough money left for chicken if rice
costs ₱50?
2. Science (Nutrition and Cells):
o Explain how one of the foods you chose helps your body.
For example:
 Vegetables provide vitamins that keep your cells
healthy.
 Protein from chicken helps your cells grow and
repair.
3. Word Processing (IT):
o Create a one-page document that includes:
 A title: "My Healthy Meal Plan."
