SUBJECT: LEGAL NOTICE FOR NON PAYMENT OF LOAN-SETTLEMENT FEES.

OUR CLIENT: M/S. LOANWISE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT. LTD, (OWNER OF WEBSITE
WWW.LOANSETTLEMENT.COM) HAVING ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT A-40, SECTOR 4,
NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH, 201301, INDIA

Dear Sir,

Our client above-named have retained us with instructions to serve upon you with a
legalnotice, which we hereby due to the following effect:

• That our client is a trusted innovative fintech company duly incorporated. Its major
services include consulting, drafting notices and helping people in financial distress
come out of their debt traps. It has a group of Lawyers, advocates, and experts who are
masters in their respective fields and provide consultancy services throughout India
and has its office at the aforementioned address.
• That you entered into an agreement with us for providing Loan Settlement and allied
services on 13th/March/2023.
• That against your valid and confirmed order my client did your job work from time to
time on credit basis as you have running credit accounts in the account books of my
client operated in due course of business.

• That in spite of acknowledging the liability of payment of principal balance of


Rs.8,340/- you have failed to make payment of the said amount due to my client from
you deliberately with malafide intent, hence you are liable to pay the said principal
balance amount of Rs.8340 /- along with interest @ 18% p.a. from the date of due till
actual realization of the said sum as is generally and customarily prevailing in the trade
usages, which comes to Rs.9841/-
• That thus you are liable to pay the total amount of Rs.9841/- to my above-named
clientand my above-named client is entitled to recover the same from you.
• That my client requested you several times through telephonic message and by
sending personal messages to your office for release of the said outstanding payment,
but you have always been dilly delaying the same on one pretext or the other and so
far have not paid even a single paisa out of the said outstanding undisputed amount. I,
therefore, through this Notice finally call upon you to pay to my client Rs.9841/-. along
with future interest @ 18 % p.m from the date of notice till actual realization of the
said amount, together with notice fee of Rs. 6000/- to my client either in cash or by
demand draft or Cheque whichever mode suits you better, within clear 30 days from
the date of receipt of this notice, failing which my client has given me clear instructions
to file Civil as well as Criminal case for recovery and other Miscellaneous proceedings
against you in the competent court of law and in that event, you shall be fully
responsible for the same.

Therefore, I on behalf of my client, doth hereby call to pay the total outstanding of Rs.
8340+ 18% interest p.m. till the date of actual realization immediately on receipt of
the notice. You have also failed and neglected to comply with genuine demands made
by myclient by various reminders in below-mentioned forms.

In case you fail, my client will have no other option but to file the “Suit of
SpecificPerformance” against you in the court of law at your costs, risks and

A copy of this Notice has been preserved in my office for record and future course
ofaction.
