I the landlady of the above address is writing you to inform you of an increment in
the house rent to N250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) which will
take effect from 1st of January 2024, which is born out of necessitated situation
arising from the high cost of building materials for maintenance of property and
considering the current value of the type of accommodation in the environs
arrived at this increment.
Whereby you will be unable to pay the new rent or you consider vacating the said
apartment, find attached a quit notice officially determining your tenancy.
However, whereby you want to continue as a subsisting tenant, let your intention
be known within 14 working days.
