You are to construct equity investment portfolios - a replication portfolio and an actively managed portfolio - by selecting from a list of stocks
that are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
You will then prepare a report in which you can explain your investment strategy for both portfolios and discuss the expected investment
performance of both portfolios.
Submission instructions: The report is e-submitted via Canvas, Turnitin. Hard copy or email submissions will not be accepted.

Assessment Extensions
Extension requests must be received at least one working day before the assessment deadline. There will be no exceptions to this. Students
who miss this deadline (or are seeking extensions beyond 7 days) should apply for special consideration.
This assessment task is due on 20th April 2025, 5 pm, Singapore time; therefore, any assessment extensions must be submitted by Thursday,
17th April 2025, by 5 pm, Singapore time.
You can apply for an extension via the Assessment Extensions tab in Canvas. Students who contact staff seeking an extension without using
the Assessment Extension tab method cannot be considered for an extension.
You cannot apply for an extension request after Thursday, 17th April 2025, 5 p.m., Singapore time. After this deadline has passed, you need to
