-Fix download to cache for karaoke catalogs
-Correctly rotate vertical videos when used in sampler

-right-click on goto_last_folder in browser toolbar (when enabled) will open

- show old pre-installed banks if they had user-made samples in it
- fixed drag&drop to old banks
- fixed sampler groups used on non-loop samples
- ensure sampler pads are using the new syntax
