DOS AND DON’TS

The venue, SSS Vidhyashram, is a place of worship where pious activity like Sai
Educare is imparted to children. Those blessed to have been selected to participate
in the conference must follow the organization's code of conduct at all times. Every
participant is expected to strictly adhere to the rules during their stay at the
program venue.

This is a residential conference. Hence, participants are expected to remain within

the venue compound all through the program, except for the activities as
designated. In cases where it is absolutely necessary to go out, prior permission
from the organizing committee must be obtained.

1. Dress Code:
All participants are required to remain Appropriately Dressed at all times.

Female:

1. Program Sessions: Organization saree with a full- or quarter-sleeved blouse.

2. Leisure or Informal Sessions: Indian Salwar Kurtha or Track with Kurti Tops.
Shawls are mandatory with these dresses to cover the upper body part at all
times.
3. During the entire program, sleeveless, half-sleeved, and open blouses with
net or transparent material are not allowed. Similarly, shorts, short skirts,
sleeveless tops, skintight trousers, etc. are also not allowed.

Male:

1. Program Sessions: White safari suit or shirt and white pants or kurta pajamas.
Cream or very light-colored dresses are also allowed. Gaudy dresses or T-
shirts are not allowed.
2. Leisure or Informal Sessions: Shirts/T-shirts and Full Pants/Trousers.
3. During the entire program, wearing half pants, grunge jeans, or roaming with
only vests and walking out of the shower room wrapped only in towels is
strictly prohibited.

2. General Information:

1. Separation between male and female at all times is mandatory. Males and
females are expected not to mingle with each other except when required
during sessions.
2. Bhagawan Baba says, “Time is God.” So, every session starts sharply at the
specified time. Each participant is expected to be punctual and present in
every session at the designated time. Attendance shall be taken before every
session.
3. Maintain silence (Sai-lens) both inside and outside of the venue. Do not play
songs, bhajans, or videos at loud volume causing disturbance to others.
4. Always follow the instructions of volunteers. Follow the guideposts and signs
posted around the venue.
5. Stay with the group at all times, and do not wander around the venue. One of
your group members should be aware of your whereabouts at all times.
6. Do not waste electricity and water. Close all taps, lights, fans, etc.
immediately after use.
7. Smoking, gambling, consumption of alcoholic beverages, bringing food from
outside, especially non-vegetarian food (including eggs), and drugs are
strictly prohibited.
8. Keep your room and surroundings clean at all times. Do not litter inside the
toilet. For garbage, use dustbins placed around the venue.
9. Being a place of worship, every participant is expected to wash his or her
own utensils after use. Neither one is expected to waste food. Bhagawan
Baba says, “Food is God.” So wasting food is a sacrilege to God.
10.Washed clothes should not be left for drying inside the room. There are
designated places in the compound for this purpose.
11.The Vidhyashram property is constructed with the dedication and love of the
devotees. So, be careful not to cause harm to the building or the property.

participants are suggested to bring one empty water bottle to regularly refill
and keep with them during sessions.
