Safety regulation
● Improper handling of remote control equipment may lead to serious safety accidents;
● Before using the remote control equipment, the operator should read the instructions
carefully
and ensure that they fully understand and comprehend the intentions expressed in the
instructions;
● Our company cannot fully understand local laws and regulations. Buyers should
determine
whether the product parameters provided by our company comply with local laws and
regulations,
such as: radio frequency signal frequency, explosion-proof requirements, etc. We cannot
provide
professional advice and answers for all special professional applications. If the remote
control
equipment is used in very dangerous occasions, such as: customers use it under high-
voltage lines,
operators must take effective assessments to avoid safety accidents. Our company does not
assume
any legal responsibility for any damage and injury caused by this;
● Unauthorized modification or opening of the shell of the remote control equipment will
automatically invalidate the quality assurance. The user equipment controlled by the
remote control
should be equipped with safety facilities, such as: the driving should have a main power
relay,
emergency stop switch, limit switch, etc.;
● The remote control equipment must be operated by professionally trained personnel and
must
not be handed over to untrained personnel;
● Before operating the equipment, please confirm that the environment is safe and there
are no
potential accidents. Non-staff members are not allowed to be within the working range of
the
controlled equipment.

3. Instructions
●Transmitter Category
●Reset all switches and joysticks, rotate the emergency stop switch clockwise or pull it out
directly,
press the power button (as shown in Figure 7), and then observe the indicator light status
(see Table 1
for details)
●The receiver (or fixed remote control device) should be installed in a safe place as far as
possible,
avoiding adverse climate (for example: humid environment, even if the protection level
reaches IP65),
corrosive media and mechanical vibration impact, etc., and should be installed firmly and
reliably;
●The receiver installation environment temperature should be within the temperature
range shown in
the product parameters, and the receiver installation location must be away from heat
sources, inverters,
motors and other high-power equipment to avoid interference with the received signal.
Appropriate
shielding measures can improve or completely eliminate the impact of such interference on
the receiver.

2. Battery usage precautions
●Batteries should be used alternately to ensure regular charging and discharging, which
can delay
battery performance degradation;
●If the battery cannot be charged and discharged normally, or the usage time is too short, it
may
be due to improper use conditions or a fault. Please consult the manufacturer.

Debugging Guide
1. Receiver indication
●Connect the wires correctly according to the drawing, and power the receiver. After
establishing
communication with the transmitter, the power and communication indicators will flash
slowly (see
Table 2) before operation can be performed.

Note:
When adjusting the output signal, the signal has output changes;
When the boom pump remote control adjusts the boom current, the boom can move;
It is strictly forbidden to stand within the working range of the boom.
●When some models have PWM output, adjust the PWM signal current;
●Step 1: Turn on the transmitter to make the transmitter and receiver communicate
normally;
●Step 2: Press "Button 2" (as shown in Figure 17), press once to enter the mode selection
(the
mode indicator light is always on), then press "Button 1" or "Button 3" to enter M0DE1, and
press
"Button 2" again (the corresponding mode light flashes);
See step 1 above for details;
See step 2 above for details, enter M0DE2;
Push the joystick that needs to be reversed, press "Button 1" or "Button 3" to reverse the
direction
of the joystick;
See step 4 above for details.
●Step 3: Select the fast or slow gear, push the joystick corresponding to the arm to be
adjusted to
the bottom in the direction to be adjusted, and start adjusting the working current of the
joystick to
control the arm's movement in that direction. Press and hold "Button 1" (-) or "Button 3"
(+) to
adjust the fast or slow maximum current. When the joystick is pushed out from the middle
position to one side at a small angle, adjust the starting current;
●Step 4: After adjustment, press "Button 2" to save the data; press "Button 2" again until
the mode
indicator light goes out.
4. Joystick direction adjustment steps
●See step 1 above for details;
●See step 2 above for details, enter M0DE2;
●Push the joystick that needs to be changed, and press "button 1" or "button 3" to change
the
direction of the joystick;
●See step 4 above for details.

Maintenance
●The transmitter should be regularly maintained, including checking the emergency stop
function
before each use;
●The transmitter should be checked frequently and replaced in time if damaged or
malfunctioning;
●The rubber sleeve and other waterproof and dustproof accessories on the transmitter
should be
checked regularly and replaced in time if damaged;
●The waist and shoulder straps of the transmitter are damaged and lose their original
functions
and should be repaired or replaced in time;
●The transmitter should be kept clean regularly, the nameplate should be protected from
damage,
and the handwriting should be kept clear and legible;
●The receiver will be cracked, damaged, or deformed, which will reduce the waterproof
and
dustproof level. At this time, it should be repaired or replaced in time;
●The electrical connectors of the receiver should be reliably connected and reliably
protected;
●It is recommended to check every 2 weeks.
