24 At exactly 8:30 in the morning, the Hon. Fe M. Tiro, Punong Barangay and Presiding
25 Officer called the 122ND regular session to order.

27 II.PRELIMINARIES AND ROLL CALL
28 Sangguniang Barangay Member Mariecar D. Arucant led the prayer. After which,
29 Barangay Treasurer, led the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Pinili Hymn. Ms.
30 Marivic B. Madarang, Barangay Secretary, called the roll and reported to the chairperson that all
31 9 members were present.

33 The Chairman declared the presence of the quorum, who further declared that the body
34 could transact business officially.

36 III.READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION:
37 The Barangay Secretary read the minutes of the meeting, dated July 7, 2023. After
38 reading the minutes, the Sangguniang Barangay Members carefully reviewed and amend the
39 previous minutes. After which the Hon. Conrado B. Madarang moved that the minutes of the
40 previous meeting be APPROVED with all the corrections made and it was duly seconded and
41 unanimously approved by the members of the august body

43 IV.COMMITTEE REPORTS:

46 V.DISTRICT/ SBM REPORT:
47 No report by the district councilors

49 VI. PUNONG BARANGAY REPORT:
50 No report from the Punong Barangay

52 VII.BUSINESS OF THE DAY:
53 1. The Punong Barangay discussed about the re-appointment of the two (2) Day
54 Care Worker Mrs. Leilanie Baldomir for CDC Bicbica and Mrs. Brenda Lee
55 Madarang for CDC Lumbaan for the school year 2023-2024.
56 2. The Chairman also discussed about the Road Clearing Operation in the barangay
57 on the scheduled day of Road clearing and for the decloging of creek needed
58 especially this rainy season.
59 3. The Chairman also reminded all the Barangay Health Worker the implementation
60 of “Oplan Taktak” to avoid dengue in the barangay.
61 4. The Chairman also reminded the august body about the improvement of the Eco-
62 Park facility situated in Bicbica Primary School.
63 5. The Barangay Treasurer informed the august body the National Tax Allotment of
64 Barangay for year 2024 is amounted to P2,419,272.00

73 1. Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Marife M. Pidot informed the august body that
74 the construction of canal lining situated in Namnama-Central is awful and requested
75 them to inspect the said canal Lining.

81 With no more business to take up, on motion of Hon. Rodolfo R. Baldomir duly seconded
82 by the august body the regular session was adjourned at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
