Work Description
As a Robotics Research Engineer, you will be involved in building the software stack for
Perceptyne’s Humanoid / Semi-Humanoid . Your work will span research, design and
development of algorithms for motion planning and control. You shall develop scalable
software architectures for deploying Humanoid/Semi-humanoid robots in the real world
with focus on reliability and speed. You will be joining a fast-paced startup where your
contributions will directly shape the product and the future of robotic manipulation —
expect challenges, learning, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop motion planning and control algorithms for dual arm dexterous
robots.
• Develop and maintain scalable software that can be deployed in real world.
• Optimize software for real-time performance.
• Test and verify algorithms and software on physical robots and simulations.
• Engage in wide range of tasks across the robotics-system ranging from conducting
research, testing & benchmarking algorithms, developing software, hardware system
setup and software deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the recent advancements in the fields of Robotics and be able
to translate them to software for testing and prototyping.
