Gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients

Ingredients
Recommended Use
Adults, take one (1) tablet daily with food. Not
formulated for use in children. Do not exceed suggested
use.
Warnings
As with any supplement, if you are pregnant, nursing or
taking medication, consult your doctor before use.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing product is a
leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In
case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison
control center.

I love CENTRUM, I always use it. The big pills are
not easy to ingest. It has no flavor. We see the
result on a daily basis. More disposition for daily
tasks in addition to supplying the vitamin needs we
need. The price also compensates for the quantity
