IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR HALF YEARLY EXAMINATION


1. Parents are requested to collect their children (those who do not avail the school transport) as
soon as their examination is over for each day.
2. Students are allowed to enter school premises with a bag or any text books / exercise books on
the days of examination but cannot take them to the exam hall. They will bring transparent clip-
board and transparent pencil cases during examinations to carry stationery and calculator. No
one will be allowed to borrow any stationery / calculator from another student, otherwise marks
will be deducted from their examination scripts (USE BALL POINT PEN ONLY).
3. Students must avoid borrowing any stationery, calculator, etc., in the examination hall. Failure
to follow this rule may result in the deduction of marks from their examination scripts. Students
must use a ballpoint pen only during examinations.
4. Strong action will be taken against any student, who is found to be in possession of any means
of cheating (torn pages from text books, small pieces of paper with writing, text books,
clipboards/files etc., with writing on them).
5. Students must come in their proper school uniform or else they will not be allowed to sit for their
examination. Students should not wear any fancy watch or other things which are not allowed by
the school.
6. Any examination not held due to unavoidable circumstances will be held on a later date after a
notice is given.
7. During examinations, if a student needs any additional paper or assistance from the invigilators
he/she must, raise his/her hand without making any noise.
8. All students must remain seated for the full duration of the examination until all papers have
been collected. Those who finish early must remain seated and must not leave the examination
hall prematurely.
