This is where you qualify your model and make sure they are a good fit, ask questions to draw out any
red flags early on.
Hey (prospect name), nice to meet you. I'm (your name) one of the growth consultants here at
(agency name), how’s your day going so far? (1-2mins of small talk)
1. So, let me give you some clarity on how my discovery calls go. First I’ll ask some questions
so I can understand the nuances of where you’re currently at, then I’ll give you a worst-case,
realistic & reach target of working together, then lastly we’ll see whether we’re a good fit for
each other. Does that sound good?
2. (prospect name), you took the time out of your busy schedule today to have this meeting with
me. Why is that?
3. So, what inspired you to start your OF account?
4. Are you aware of agencies or talked to other agencies before and what they do? Or have you
ever worked with another agency in the past
5. What content are you currently producing or offering to your subscribers?
Awesome, I’m going to ask you some more specific questions now so I can understand where
your OnlyFans business is at and where you think we can get it to in 12 months' time. Does
that sound good?
1. Okay, so what’s the current process of taking a stranger and turning them into a
customer?
2. How much revenue is your OnlyFans business doing per month?
3. How much revenue would you like to be making in 12 months?
Let’s shift gears real quick, I like to attach meaning behind reason, so why do you even want to go
from ‘x’ to ‘x’? And don’t say ‘because I want to grow my business or make money’ - what’s the reason
behind it?
So as we already established, you’re trying to get from ‘x’ to ‘x’ - would you agree that working with an
agency is how you’re going to make that happen?

And lastly, we'll manage your messaging, as you already know the messaging function is where you
will earn the majority of your income and when managing a creator's direct messages, we build
genuine connections and have a world-class selling strategy, to sell PPV & custom requests, in order
to maximise your earnings. Does that sound good?
After everything you’ve told me - let me tell you what the worst-case scenario looks like.
So worst case you work with us we don't get you results you are happy with and we go our separate
ways
Now that we’ve covered what the worst case looks like, let me show you what a good scenario looks
like. A good scenario is we do what we’ve done for every other client in your situation and get you
back your best months and the scale past that as far as we can

Great - (Close Them and explain your onboarding process - Always get them to sign the agreement

and if they don't want to sign it on the call then you need to do more objection handling as they clearly
aren't ready to move forward or they'd sign the contract there and then. You decrease your chance of
closing by 85% if you let them get off the call.
