- This feature enhances user experience by suggesting keywords to help them
quickly find what they are looking for.

4.1.3 Add to Cart (Wishlist)


- A feature that allows customers to add items to their shopping cart by clicking
the “Add to cart” button (Items that user is interested in but does not want to
purchase immediately).

4.1.4 Payment
- View Cart: Users can review the items in their cart, make adjustments, and
proceed to checkout.
- Checkout: Users initiate the check-out process by clicking the “Checkout” or
“Proceed to Payment” button.
- Shipping Information: Users provide their shipping and billing information
(name, address, email, phone number).
- Payment Methods:
- Users can select, change, add, or remove payment methods (Credit/debit
card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
- Enter the necessary payment details based on their chosen method.
- Apply Discount Codes/Coupons: Users can enter discount codes or coupons for a

- Review Order: Users can review their order (selected items, shipping

- Place order: Users confirm their orders and initiate the payment by clicking the
“Place Order” button.

Buyers may receive further communication regarding the status of the request.

- Users can fill out a form to report any technical issues or problems they have
encountered. Upon submitting, they will receive a confirmation email, and our
Customer Support team will help address and resolve the issue.

- Price range: Users can customize the affordable price using the price range slider
(by typing in the input values or dragging the slider).
