1. The quotation is based on the specifications provided by the client. Any changes or additional

requirements may lead to a revised quotation.


2. Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of the quotation, 27% payment required at the time
of strucructural framing start ,20%payment required after completion of the wooden structural framing,
and the remaining 3% upon project completion.

3. The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date mentioned above.
4. 3% will be pay at the time of handover after one week 500 will be charged per day.
