Project Description:

This project aims to design a microcontroller Pure sine wave Inverter using a pulse with modulation (PWM).
Switching Scheme to Supply AC utilized with emergency power. It involves generating unipolar modulating
signals from a PIC and using them to module a 12Vdc MOSFET based Full H-Bridge.

Project Details: De-Bottlenecking and Augmentation of Cryogenic Uran LPG Terminal, (BPCL) India

BPCL has a major LPG import terminal for the Central Government of India. The scope of work in this
project is Electrical design basics, design philosophy, job specification, equipment datasheets,
installation standards, drawings/documents and other codes/standards and basics for developing
detailed engineering and supply for electrical equipment and basic engineering calculations. Load
analysis, load flow, short circuit and voltage drop transient stability, harmonic study, relay
coordination etc. RMU + Metering Panel and 33KV HV Isolating breaker panel, 33kv switchboard and
33/11kv Power Transformer MV Switchboard.

Role and Responsibilities:

✓ Preparation or checking of detailed engineering documents and drawings i.e Key

SLD, power & control SLD, schemes of the system, power control feeder list,
and relay coordination, of all HV and LV panels etc.
✓ Preparation and calculation of transformer, bus duct, ups, battery bank, HV and
LV cable and earthing sizing etc.
✓ Preparation and review the electrical data sheet of transformer, HV and LV

Project Details: Ras Markaz Crude Oil Park Project (RMCOP) Phase-1, Oman

RMCOP Project is a Crude oil park storage terminal company and a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum.
The goal is to become the largest crude oil storage project in the Middle East. The scope of work
involves Electrical design basics, design philosophy, job specification, equipment datasheets,
installation standards, drawings/documents and other codes/standards and basics for developing
detailed engineering.

Role and Responsibilities:

 ✓ Prepare Design Basis.
✓ Electrical and Instrument Overall control system Architectural diagram.
✓ Prepare Electrical I/O list, cable schedule, interconnection diagram.
✓ Prepare specification for electrical system in hv and lv switch board and emergency diesel
generator
✓ Review the electrical document like overall plant layout, equipment layout, earthing layout,
equipment list, feeder list etc.

Project Details: Naphtha Cracker Expansion Project, India

The naphtha cracker expansion project at the Panipat Refinery and Petrochemical
Complex is the integrated Refinery and Petrochemical hub in India and the third largest
in Southeast Asia. The complex comprises the refinery, Aromatics complex of PX/PTA,
Olefinic of Naphtha Cracker. The scope of work of this project included basic design,
basic engineering, design philosophy, standards, equipment sizing and calculation,
material procurement and installation testing and commissioning.

Role and Responsibilities:

✓ Prepare the Electrical Equipment data sheet for transformer, motor, battery,
ups, light fixture and convenient socket.
✓ Prepare the cable schedule for HV and LV medium.
✓ Calculation of cable sizing and transformer and ups and lux level.
✓ Prepare the feeder list on the mv switchboard.
✓ Prepare the single line diagram lighting and power panel.
✓ Prepare and review the vendor’s technical offer and material requisition.
