Eligibility
AICF registration: AICF Registration for the year 2025-2026 will be
compulsory
Eligibility: The tournament is open for all players from different parts
of country. All rated and unrated players are eligible to participate. No
Age limit. AICF player registration is compulsory for all Indian
players.
AICF players registration fee for the year 2025-2026 has to be paid well
before the start of tournament. It will be accepted only through online.

System Play : Tournament will be conducted as per the latest FIDE
laws of chess with Swiss Manager.
Time Control : 30 Minutes + 30 Seconds increment from 1st move.

ACCOMODATION : All players, participants and parents have to do their
own arrangements. Organiser cannot provide any kind of accommodation.
Participants can find hotels/Accommodations in the area near Thyagraj
Stadium.
FOOD: There will not be enough space in the round schedule so; food
(Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Tea etc.) at the same venue on payment basis
will be available for your convenience.

Prizes
1 player will be given 1 (higher) prize only.
Age category players are eligible for prizes of their own
age category only and not for higher age category prizes.
For category prize, the organizer may ask the players for
their date of birth proof, and by registering for the
tournament players are abide to present the Date of
Birth Proof for the given tournament.
Prize Money : Prize money will not be shared. One player
will get one higher prize money only. Indian Income Tax
Act and rules will be applicable.
All prize money winners will be requested to submit/
send their cancelled bank cheque along with prescribed
format to minimise any possible errors during prize
money transfer. All prize money will be transferred in 7
to 15 working days
Note: All age category players will be given a
consolation prize (momento/trophy) and
participation (E-certificate).

Late Fees of Rs. 500/- will be charged from 1st April to 16th April 2025
Last date of Entry: 16th April 2025
For Specially Abled Players : ₹ 2000/-
All other players including veteran players (55 yrs & Above) : ₹ 4000/-
(No on the spot entries will be accepted. No request towards entry
waiver/refund will be entertained.
Entry fees once paid will not be refunded.
Important Note
Entry can be closed at any given point of time without any notice.
Entry will be accepted on first come first serve basis.
Organizer has the right to accept or reject any entry without assigning any
reason
Organizing committee is not responsible for any discomfort or any other
problems like transportation, accomodation etc.
