Answer – The various elements of a communication cycle are –
· Sender: the person beginning the communication.
· Message: the information that the sender wants to convey.
· Channel: the means by which the information is sent.
· Receiver: the person to whom the message is sent.
· Feedback: the receiver’s acknowledgement and response to the message.
2) What is 7 C’s effective communication? / What are the essentials of communication?
Answer – There are 7 C’s effective communication which are applicable for both written as
well as oral communication.
These are as follows – · Clear – Always say clearly, what you want to say. · Concise – Al-
ways use simple language and say only what is required. · Concrete – Always use proper
words and phrases in the sentences. · Correct – Always use correct spelling and grammar in
the sentences. · Coherent – Your word should be related to the main topic and your word
should make sense. · Complete – Your message should be complete and have all the needed
information. · Courteous – Be honest, respectful and friendly with others.
3) List the various methods of communication. /What are the three methods of communication?
Answer – The various methods of communication are – · Face-to-face informal communication –
There is nothing better than face-to-face communication. It helps the message to be understood
clearly and quickly. · e-mail – e-mail can be used to communicate quickly with one or many individu-
als in various locations. It offers flexibility, convenience and low-cost. · Notice/Posters – It is effective
when the same message has to go out to a large group of people. Generally used for where email
communication may not be effective. · Business Meetings – Communication during business meet-
ings at an organisation are generally addressed to a group of people. It can be related to business,
management and organisational decisions. Methods of communication at work typically include
verbal (spoken words), non-verbal (body language), written (emails, reports), listening, and
visual (charts, graphics) methods. Each method plays a crucial role in sharing information ef-

4)Write the five communication methods that help to communicate face to face.

· Video Conferencing Platforms: Well-known software like Zoom, Microsoft


Teams, and Skype have gained extensive acceptance. They allow businesses
and individuals to conduct virtual meetings that Imitate the experience of being
together in person.
· Virtual Reality (VR) Meetings: VR technology is leading the path towards en-
gaging meetings, allowing participants to interact as avatars in a three-dimen-
sional virtual setting.
· Smart Glasses and Augmented Reality (AR): Google Glass and similar de-
vices enable users to participate in hands-free video calls while incorporat-
ing crucial information within their line of sight.
· Mobile Devices: Smartphones and tablets with front-facing cameras have
made immediate face-to-face communication accessible anywhere and anytime

ing.

readability and emphasize key points in the visual.
3/ Color: The strategic use of colors to evoke emotions, create a visual hierarchy,
and support the overall message.
4/ Composition: The arrangement of visual elements to create balance, unity, and
flow within the design.
5/ Symbols and Icons: Simplified representations used to convey complex ideas or
concepts at a glance.
6/ Charts and Graphs: Visual representations of data and statistics to make infor-
mation easier to understand and analyze.
7/ Layout and Design: The organization of visual elements on a page or screen to
guide the viewer’s attention and enhance the overall aesthetic.
8/ Context: Understanding the target audience, cultural influences, and the specific
purpose of the communication to tailor the visuals effectively.

is a sign of dedication. Additionally, the way that body language affects your personal brand
is crucial.it matters how you conduct yourself. Whether you're on a first date, in a business
meeting, or for a job interview, maintain pleasant body language. Maintaining positive body
language communicates that you are personable, focused, and receptive to fresh perspectives.
Body language is frequently used by humans unconsciously to communicate. However, a
more upright position will suggest that a person is interested and focused.The audience is
more likely to get disinterested in what a speaker is saying if he or she displays unfavourable
body language. And regardless of how interesting the speech is, the significance of the infor-
mation delivered won't be understood.

discussions with teachers or friends, counseling or helping colleagues, meetings, conferences,
and similar interactions.

Written communication includes letters, reports, SMS, emails, memos, notices, bulletins,
websites, proposals, telegrams, faxes, postcards, contracts, advertisements, brochures, and
more.
11) Why email is an important method of effective communication?
