RESOLUTION TO UPDATE THE ACCOUNT OF BARANGAY LUBA SUR STA LUCIA-SK


WITH LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES AND DESIGNATING SK CHAIRPERSON HON.
IVERSON KIM AGDEPPA AND SK TREASURER JOLINA R. RICO AS SIGNATORIES OF
BARANGAY LUBA, STA LUCIA-SK.

WHEREAS, DBM, DILG, NYC Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) #1, Series
2019 dated January 23, 2019, provides the legal basis and guidelines on the
Appropriation, Release, Planning, and Budgeting Process for the SK Funds.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration by the body is the granting of


authority to the SK Chairperson and the SK Treasurer to act as the official
signatories in all transactions with the official depository bank;

WHEREAS, in order to facilitate fast processing of deposits and withdrawal


and any other transactions of this barangay, it is necessary to designate and
authorize the SK Chairperson and the SK Treasurer to act as the official
signatories in all transactions with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Candon
Branch, authorized and official depository bank of all Barangays of Santa
Lucia, Ilocos Sur;

NOW THEREFORE, by consensus of the body present be it-

RESOLVED AS IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, to authorized the SK


Chairperson Hon. Iverson Kim G. Agdeppa and SK Treasurer Ms. Jolina R. Rico
of Barangay Luba , Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur to act as signatories in all
transactions with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Candon Branch as the
official depository bank of SK Barangay Luba, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur.
