ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Major Key Roles Present :
Monthly Running Preventive maintenance plan in SAP & Execution the same.
Press life Monitoring and Planning for Reconditioning the press In-house and Outside.
New press erection and commissioning and ensuring all safety interlocks functions.
Effective budgeting for Maintenance activities to minimize to Maintenance cost.
Analyzing the Repeated break down & preparing the counter measure to improve machine
availability and revisit the Maintenance master schedule.
Scrap analysis and control measures to minimize the waste loss to the company.
Ensuring personnel safety, By providing training to the work force and work instruction for all
the works, and safety initiatives activities to achieve Zero accidents.
Arrangement for Spare for planned maintenance to finish the planned activities on time.
Vendor development for cost reduction in OE spares.
Ancillary equipment like Bagger, De-bagger, PCI units, Tyre finishing conveyor and trimming
machine Maintenance work.
TS 16949 Audit Documentation.
Active member in Cross functional team for SPC (specific fuel consumption), With several
ideas to reduce fuel consumption to achieve the target.
Parallel activities planned in the stopped Machine to improve machine availability.
Being a Effective team leader to handling a Team of 40 members.
