The Lead Pastor

The Lead Pastor generally oversees all activities of the ministry. He receives instructions from the
Lord and communicate them to the ministry and as well presents the needs of the ministry to the
Lord. He leads all gatherings when present and holds meetings with leaders at all levels. He directly
supervises the work of associate pastors.

Associate Pastors

Associate pastors play an apostolic role of visiting various regions under their jurisdiction and
embarking on a strong campaign for the spiritual development of the leaders. They Directly
oversea the work of the regional coordinators and occasionally examine the work of Center
Coordinators. They also organize periodic campaigns for the growth of the ministry and train
potential Regional Coordinators.

Regional Coordinators

The Regional Coordinators oversea more than one centers which are led by Center Coordinators.
The Regional Coordinator will be a Center Coordinator Himself until his Centers grow beyond 7
after which he will be promoted to the Associate Pastors’ level. At this point, he will hand over his
center and begin an apostolic role of visiting and strengthening the various centers under him.

Duties

1. Recommend potential regional coordinators for training. (Potential Regional Coordinator

must first serve as a center coordinator and must have grown and multiplied his center.
2. Train people to become Center Coordinators
3. Coordinate the activities of the various Centers under him.
4. Ensure each Center has an effective weekly meeting
5. Visit new members of the Centers, share the word of God with and pray for them.
6. Organize all the centers under him for both Monday online teaching service and Saturday
services
7. Oversea the growth of the various centers under Him.
8. Organize monthly joint Center Meetings

CENTER COORDINATORS

A group will constitute a center when there are more than two people. The maximum number for
a center will be thirteen. When the center grows beyond thirteen, it must divide and the leader will
appoint a new leader for the newly born center. The Center Coordinators will directly oversea the
activities of the various centers assigned to him in the halls and hostels. A Center Coordinator who
multiplies a center three times will automatically be promoted to a Regional Coordinators level.

Duties

1. Lead weekly meetings organized by the center (Christlike Community Centers).

2. Visit members and promote unity, love and community sense of living.
3. Mobilize their members for both online (Monday) and weekly Saturday services.
4. Fish out potential coordinators and recommend them for training by the Regional
Coordinator.
5. Ensure all members in the center belong and serve in a department of the ministry.
6. Embark on regular outreach and frequent invitation for growth.

MINISTRY TEAMS

Music and Worship Team

The music and worship leaders will be a group of spiritual and dedicated people who have
passion for songs and worship. The ministry will be led directly by an associate pastor.
Duties
1. Organize regular recruitment exercise in church to ensure the growth of the
ministry.
2. Organize creative evangelism to win member to the ministry and also to the team
3. Lead worship during services
4. Organize praise and worship night
5. Trian talents
6. Lead the church occasionally to learn songs

Prayer Team

The prayer team will be a group of passionate young men who are dedicated to prayer. The
team will be led directly by an associate pastor.

Duties

1. Organize Into Service Prayer (ISP) meetings every Friday. This will last for an hour
2. Ensure that every department has at least two of their members who are also members
of the prayer team.
3. Schedule, organize and lead 24-hour prayer shift for the entire ministry
4. Lead prayer during sessions
5. Organize per semester prayer session dubbed: As He Prayed
6. Continuously pray for the growth, finances and breakthrough and testimonies of the
ministry.
7. Receive members prayer request and intercede on their behalf. An online form will be
made available for this.

 8. Liaise with the testimony team to report testimonies of answer prayers to be shared
during service.

Tele pastoring

This ministry will be responsible for all activities conducted and directed online. The
ministry will directly be led by an associate pastor.

Duties

1. Liaise with Pastors, Regional and Center Coordinators to organize members for online
services.
2. Offer regular checkup on new members
3. Share KCN recorded messages with members and encourage regular soaking.
4. Share KCN Life Bible account with all members and encourage regular following of
daily devotions
5. Share Audio Bible recordings with members after service
6. Liaise with the music and worship team to share the popular music of the ministry with
members so they can learn and sing along during service.

Media And Publicity Team

The media and publicity team are entirely responsible for all online publicity and social
media engagements of the ministry. An associate pastor will directly be responsible for the
operations and the activities of this team.

Duties

1. Design fliers, posters, banners and all publicity materials for the ministry. All meetings
would be advertised with at least a flier.
2. Record the messages of all meetings and services which is been led by the Lead pastor.
3. Take pictures and video of all meetings and gatherings of the ministry, edit them and
share on social media.
4. Create regular content for the social media pages
5. Design daily flier with scriptures to be posted on social media

Protocol Team

The protocol team will be in charge of the overall management of the service. They will
ensure orderliness and help minimize distractions during services. This team will also be
directly led and supervised by an associate pastor.

Duties

1. Ensure general orderliness during service.

2. Ensure that various ministries and ministers follow time allocations. (eg. The music
team, prayer team etc.)
3. Check sitting arrangements and ensure all seats are filled in proper order
4. Usher members to their seats and attend to their needs.
5. Guide members to locate places of convenience (washrooms) and have access to water
when necessary.
6. Always ensure water is available during service.
7. Properly handle new members, speakers and invited guest and ensure they are treated
with dignity and honor.

Personal Assistants Team

The Personal Assistants team are specially trained people who are responsible for all the
executive dealings of the ministry. They will work directly with the lead pastor and their
activities will directly be supervised by Him.

Duties

1. Attend to pastors needs at all time before, during and after services.
2. Receive all new members after they have been introduced during service, interact with
them in a more friendly manner and get their details.
3. Work hand in hand with the tele pastoring team in getting in touch with new members
after service.
4. Reach new members, guests and other protocol with messages of appreciation urging
them to frequently visit and at best join the ministry.

 5. Add new members and visitors to KCN new members page and subsequently moved
to the main page after 3 weeks of proven consistency.
6. Forward contacts of new members to pastor after every service.
7. Update the KCN online membership list regularly. One responsible person will be
assigned to do this.
8. Ensure all new members join a Center and belongs to a Region.
9. Make general announcements at church.

Testimony Team

This team will give themselves to the prayer request from members. When they receive
testimonies, they will be reported to the associate pastor in charge before it is called out on
stage. This team will also be led by an associate pastor.

Areas to Testify will include

1. A changed life
2. Academic excellence and break through
3. Financial Break through
4. Healing
5. Deliverance
6. Other

Duties

1. Liaise with the prayer team to pray about the request of members
2. Receive testimonies from member and encourage them to share with the congregation
after it has been approved by the associate pastor leading the team.
3. Regularly teach members about what constitute a testimony and why it is important to
share testimonies.
4. Ensure there is a testimony to share every week.
5. Liaise with the media and publicity team to publicize these testimonies on our social
media pages. It could be recorded as a video, simply written or otherwise designed on
a flier.
NB: All testimonies must be received before service begins

KCN WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Saturday= Holy Ghost Encounter Service 8:30am -11:30am

Monday= Word Fest (Online) Time:8pm to 9pm

Wednesday= KCN Leaders Meeting 6pm -8pm (Both online and offline)

Thursday= Christlike Community Center Meetings. 7pm -8pm

Friday: Rehearsals and Into Service Prayer Meeting (Online)= 8pm to 9pm
