About the Role


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to ensure the
accuracy and integrity of key Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), patient verification, and
benefits data. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, data analysis expertise,
and a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring Data Accuracy


Check and verify financial transaction reports from hospital record systems to make sure they
are recorded correctly.

Compare hospital data with our system’s records to spot and fix any mismatches.

Identify errors or missing information that could impact billing and financial processes.

2. Quality Checking & Testing


Test and review how data flows into our systems to ensure everything is working properly.

Find and report any errors or inconsistencies that could cause problems in financial records.

Help improve the way we validate and fix data issues to maintain accuracy.

3. Checking Financial Calculations


Use basic math and financial principles to confirm that numbers in reports add up correctly.

Ensure that payments, charges, and revenue data are correctly processed and calculated.

Double-check reports to catch and correct any financial miscalculations before they are used
for decision-making.

4. Improving Processes & Reporting
Work with the tech and finance teams to make data processing smoother and more efficient.

Suggest better ways to track and manage financial data to avoid errors.

Maintain clear and detailed reports to track data issues and solutions.

5. Collaborating with Teams


Work closely with teams in IT, finance, and operations to ensure data accuracy and fix issues
quickly.

Participate in team discussions to help improve processes and find solutions to common data
challenges

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare
Informatics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, data analysis, or revenue cycle


management.

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle workflows and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.

Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Solid mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.

Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and QA methodologies.

Proficiency in SQL and database management for data extraction, manipulation, and
validation.

Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.

Willingness to work in India Night Shifts (US Day Shift – EST to PST time zones).
