Course Description: This course is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of students in installation, calibration and configuration of instruments and
control in accordance with the industry standards.

In order for the College of Technology students to be retained in the program, he/she must maintain the prescribed requirements:

COURSE POLICIES: (optional)


1. Students’ grade will only be based on coursework and class interaction (in the LMS or Group Chat).
2. Recorded grades will be available for review but no comparison of the grades will be made. Except in cases of actual error, final grades are
permanent.
3. Final “INC” grade will be given in cases a student cannot submit the requirements necessary to complete the course, or fail to take the
midterm and/or final examinations.
4. Students must take the midterm and final examinations on schedule which are comprehensive. Only extenuating circumstances will be
accepted as an excuse for missing an examination and be given make-up examination.
5. Make-ups and alternatives to requirements are not available except upon instructor’s approval (e.g. documented medical or emergency
reasons signed by the parents).
6. Aside from academic deficiency, other grounds of failing grades are as follows:

b. Cheating

7. A student may meet the instructor outside of class schedule for consultation. Please refer to the instructor’s consultation hour.
8. Your ideas, comments, suggestions or questions are welcome; however, the faculty’s discretion in these matters are expected.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

Course Activities (Pre-Assessment, Quizzes and Assignments)


Upon notice, a whole week lesson will be uploaded via LMS, Google Drive or Facebook Page. Specified activities for the students shall be
accomplished on or before the end of the week which is Friday and must be submitted via Email or LMS or to the instructor.
Late submission will still be accepted to at least on or before the end of the term but will be given a lower rating compared to activities submitted on-
time.

Major Final Output


Outputs will be graded using a rubric as a basis of grading. Students must submit outputs before the end of the term. Those who were not able to
submit outputs will be given a grade of INC or Incomplete.
Late submission of the OUTPUT will still be accepted to at least a week after the end of the term but will be given a lower rating compared to outputs
submitted on-time.
