Good morning , First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to

introduce myself

Its my pleasure to introduce my self. I am Nikhil Tomar , I am very curious in nature and I
like to learn and explore more things , I belong to Gwalior,
I have completed my Engineering from Amity University in Computer
Science . I am proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI and nowadays I am learning Python.
I gained hands-on experience in Data field through various projects like
Coffee-Shop-Sales-Analysis and Analyzed E-commerce sales data and created an intractive
dashboard using PowerBI
Apart from this but I have actively participated in various extracurricular activities that have
enhanced my leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

like in my academic days , I organized an event called funzone in Amichroma in my university and
did a sap project with my team where we distributed some food and grains to the rural people.

I am a quick learner, adaptable to new environments, and ready to take on new challenges.

*While coming to my family members there are four family members in my family my father
is a govt employee and my mother is house wife and my sister will appear her 12th board
exam this year
*I was also awarded 5th National Championship in 2021 by the Youth Sports Development
Committee in Ujjain, MP, which demonstrates my dedication and ability to excel in a
competitive environment.
My hobbies are ,listening to music ,internet surfing.

the deadline ?
IN Such a scenario, I would immediately communicate with my supervisor, explaining the
challenges and reasons for the delay and then I prioritize the tasks , seek assistance if
necessary . Transparency and proactive communication are the key to resolving such
situations effectively.
*How important are interpersonal skills when working in a back office?
Strong interpersonal skills faster collaboration, problem- solving, and positive work
environment , ultimately enhancing overall productivity and success.
 How do you respond when your supervisor gives you feedback?
I appreciate feedback from my supervisor as it helps me Improve .i reflect on the
feedback, identify areas for improvement ,and incorporate their suggestions into my
work to enhance my performance and contribute effectively to the teams goals.
*Difference between back office and front office ?
The front office, being customer-facing, handles client interactions, sales, and service,
striving to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue. In contrast, the back office operates behind
the curtain, managing administrative, financial, and operational duties to keep the business
running smoothly.
*Why do you want to join back office role ?
I am interested in the back-office role at Wipro because it allows me to utilize my analytical
skills and attention to detail, contributing to the smooth operations of the company. I also
appreciate the opportunity to work behind the scenes to support business processes and
ensure efficiency, which aligns with my strengths and career goals.
Wont you get bored of doing the same task of back office daily ?
Yes I agree that the back office work is boring used to repetitive task on daily basis .
But if you see every job becomes boring after some time even in our life also whatever the
things on the repetitive basis become boring after some time but I know how to deal with this
repetitive task of back office by using 3 points
1.Process(first of all we make a process of work so it will be easy to make workflow smooth)
2. Checklist(use checklist making checklist is the best principle even the aeroplane pilot also
use this method to make their flight easy.
3. Review (we all know that everyone makes a mistake either he or she is much proficient in
their work also makes a mistake , so the best is the review or recheck or make review from
your senior ones).

One area I’m working on is delegating tasks. Sometimes, I take on too much myself because I like

In the next 5 years, I see myself growing within the company,


taking on more responsibilities, and developing my skills. I hope
to contribute to the team's success and possibly move into a
leadership role where I can help guide others.

Who Is your idol ?

My idol is Sachin Tendulkar. I admire him not just for his


cricketing achievements but for his discipline, humility, and
dedication to his craft. Despite the immense pressure and
expectations, he consistently performed at the highest level. His
ability to stay focused, continuously improve, and inspire millions
is something I deeply respect and strive to emulate in my own
life.

How do you work under pressure? Can you handle the


pressure?

“Working under pressure is what I have done a lot during my college days. I have realized that I can
actually work well under pressure. It is the pressure factor that brings out maximum efficiency in me.”

Are you willing to relocate or travel?


“I would definitely consider it. If the opportunity given to me is appropriate, rewarding and feasible, I
don’t think I will have any issues with the relocation or traveling involved.”

I rate my leadership skills an 8 out of 10. There is much to learn, but I have always been a
strong leader.I was the head boy/girl during my school days , I also lead a Arm wrestling
competition in my clg 3rd year
