• Please keep your international air ticket, itinerary & travel details ready at immigration counter in Vietnam for any

• Checking in for your international flight, you are required to report at the International Airport at the check in counter
4 hours prior to departure.
• At the airport you should proceed to the baggage x-ray machine, where your check In baggage will be x-rayed. Then
proceed to the check in counter through check in Facility.
• Please ensure your baggage is properly labeled with your complete local address on Both sides of the suitcase. This
helps easy identification of the group luggage and especially so if the baggage is lost.
• If you are carrying Liquids, penknives, scissors Etc. it should be placed in suitcase. Please do not carry them in your
handbag.
• Baggage allowance is 20 kg per passenger for check in baggage and Hand Baggage is 7 Kgs Please carry your medicines
with prescription in your name as per passport, Comfortable walking shoe, sunglass & umbrella.
• Please keep your Travel Documents (passport and ticket) and foreign Exchange carefully in Handbag only.
• Usually, bathroom contains bathtub or a cubical shower where curtain should be Drawn inside the tub to avoid
spilling over of water on the floor.
• In the event of water on the room carpet/wooden floor, the guests staying in the room will pay Damages.
• Please beware of pickpockets at tourist places. Discipline of time is very important for all transfers, sightseeing’s and

• Please honor the timings given to you for each service in order to complete the Itinerary as per the plan. It is
important to keep the coaches clean. Drivers do not allow eating, drinking, Smoking and alcohol in the coaches.

for drug trafficking are severe. Pls avoid to carry someone else’s bag. Avoid illegal drugs,
and drink alcohol if its use is prohibited. Even if drinking is Legal, overindulge. Drive
without valid license.
o Do not carry Hotel towel to the beach, if found dirtier & cannot be cleaned hotel may impose a fine for dirty Bed
Sheet/Towel etc.
