Project Synopsis

• Introduction of Project: -

"This project is a simplified version of the famous Pacman game. In this


game, the player controls Pacman within a maze, collecting dots while
avoiding ghosts. The goal is to complete each level by collecting all the
dots without getting caught by the ghosts. This project demonstrates key
concepts in game mechanics, event handling, and graphical user
interface (GUI) design, showcasing the implementation of programming
and algorithmic thinking. The objective of the game is to provide an
engaging and interactive experience that challenges the player to think
logically while having fun."
• Software Requirement: -

1. Text Editor/IDE:
VS Code or Sublime Text for coding.
Web Browser

2. Google Chrome:
(for testing and debugging).

3.Pixel :(for creating game sprites).


GIMP or Photoshop :(for image editing).

4. Git and GitHub : for code management and sharing.

• Hardware Requirements: -
1. Computer:
Any modern laptop or desktop (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
2. Processor:
Basic processor (e.g., Intel i3 or equivalent) will suffice.
3. RAM:
4GB or more (enough for development).
4. Storage:
1GB or more free disk space (for code and assets).
• Future scope of project: -

1. Mobile Optimization:
Adapting the game for mobile platforms with touch controls,
improving accessibility for a wider audience.

2. Leaderboards and Achievements:


Adding global leaderboards, scoring systems, and
achievements to increase player engagement and replayability.

3. Customizability:
Allowing players to change themes, characters, or maze designs,
offering a personalized gaming experience.

4. Integration with Other Platforms:


Expanding the game to different platforms like consoles or even
virtual reality, opening new avenues for gameplay.

5. Game Monetization:
Introducing ads, in-app purchases, or premium versions to
generate revenue, especially if the game is expanded for mobile or
web.
