I. RATIONALE:

With reference to DepEd Order No. 36, s. 2016------------ The Policy Guidelines on Awards
and Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education Program articulates the recognition given to
learners who have shown exemplary performance in specific areas of their school life. These
guidelines are anchored in the Classroom Assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program
(DepEd Order No.8 s.2015), which supports learners’ holistic development for them to become
effective lifelong learners with21st-century skills. This policy aims to give all learners equal
opportunity to excel in relation to the standard set by the curriculum and focus on their own
performance rather than to compete with one another. It recognizes that all students have unique
strengths that need to be identified, strengthened, and publicly acknowledged.

Through this program, we aim to inspire and empower our students to continue growing as

1. The Executive Team


 Serves as an overall decision and policy making body in coordination with the
technical working teams.
 Monitors the timeline for the conduct of the activity
2. The Planning Team
 Drafts and submits the activity proposal for approval.
 Finalizes the program of activity and communicates the same to all the teams.
 Directs the flow of the activity.

3. The Accommodation Team


 Coordinates with the personnel in charge of the venue to be used.
 Prepares chairs, presidential tables, LCD projectors, boards and pentel pens as
needed.
4. The Documentation Team
 Records the proceedings of the activity.
 Compiles all the documents related to the activity.
 Organize the documents and submit them to the executive team.
 Captures important proceedings in pictures and in videos.
5. The Program Team
 Design and drafts program for the activity.
6. Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME)
 Ensure that Quality Assurance standards and regulations are met by the
organizing committee in the conduct of the activity.
 Consolidates feedback/evaluation and submits quality assurance report of the
activity.
7. Welfare Officer
 Ensures the safety of the participants.
