• A4 Paper Size
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Spacing: Double-Spaced
• Margins: 1.5 inch on all sides
• Alignment: Justified

I. Project Title
• A concise and descriptive title reflecting the purpose of the project.
Example: "Clean and Green Barangay: A Community Solid Waste Management Initiative"

II. Proponents
• Names of students or group members submitting the proposal.
Example: NSTP Section A, Group 3

III. Project Duration


• Specify the timeline (e.g., dates and duration of the project).
Example: March 5, 2025 – March 20, 2025 (2 weeks)

IV. Target Beneficiaries


• Describe the community or specific group to benefit from the project.
Example: Residents of Barangay Malinis, focusing on 50 households in Purok 3.

V. Project Rationale
• Explain why the project is necessary, focusing on the community's needs and how the
project addresses them.
Example:
"Barangay Malinis faces challenges with waste disposal, leading to clogged drainage and
increased health risks. This project aims to promote proper waste management practices
and create a cleaner, safer environment for the residents."

VI. Objectives
• State the specific and measurable goals of the project.
Example:

VII. Methodology
• Describe how the project will be implemented step-by-step.
