Guidelines to be followed by Students for Community Outreach Program
(COP)

1. It is mandatory for all the students to complete 3 months (60 hours) of

Internship on Community Service Program as a part of the NEP 2020
Curriculum.
2. Consider yourself as a committed Volunteer in the Community you select to
work with.
3. Every student should identify the village/community, for Community Outreach
Program (COP) in consultation with the Head of the Department or the
Supervisor/Guide selected for the purpose work.
4. The Department will assign a Faculty guide for formation of Volunteer groups as
well as WhatsApp group with your fellow volunteers for any difficulties you
encounter during the program.
5. Students should maintain punctuality in attending the COP. Attendance is
compulsory for all
6. Students are requested to make your own arrangements of transportation to the
Village/Community/ habitation for COP.
7. While in COP always wear your College Identity Card.
8. Remember that you are rendering valuable Service to the society and your role
in the community development will become part of the history of the
Community.
