Job Interview :

• Tell us a little about yourself ?


"Okay then, I grew up in Balikpapan city, since I graduated from vocational school I have been
working straight away now . I am studying at Mulia University for one semester. Currently, I work as
an administrator staff at one of the tutoring places, namely Bimbel Artha Balikpapan. My work desk
includes making finances reports, receiving student data collection, payroll reports, collecting
payments, making invoices & invoices, making travel documents and implementing promotions and
I have basic teaching.”

• Where do you see your self five year from now ?


“alright, I think no one knowing for sure about there future exactly is, but I believe to continue learn
and improve myself to be better than before, I am a person who loved challenge and obstacle. And I
have a dream to create job opportunities for people like me now.”

• What are your quirks and weaknesses?


“For that matter, I am a person who focuses on one thing, so if I get a job with a tight deadline, I can
finish it all day long.In addition, I can't do multitasking work that makes me focus lost and affected
by work that will not be completed.”

• What is your leadership style?


“If someone chooses me as a leader, I will set an example to the team before working on a project
and I will be there with my team work together to build good communication with the team. Thus
making project progress enjoyable and enjoyable. I will also be a wise and fair leader to anyone."

• Can you tell us about a time you demonstrated – excellent customer service?
"Once at work, when I received an inspection schedule the next day, I was required to complete end-
of-month reports and salary reports. must be complete for that day. Therefore, I formed a team to
complete the deadline, I tried my best. At least during the inspection there were only a few problems
that were examined.”
• Why do you want this job?
“I was looking for a company where I could make the best use of my skills, and I think your
company offers such an atmosphere. I also want to use my knowledge and experience to make
progress for the company, as well as adding to my experience and making a significant difference my
preferred position.”

• Why should we hire you?


“You should hire me because of my passion and proven ability in the organization and some of my
experience for tutoring efficiency. I am proud of my time management, coordination and
interpersonal skills. In my previous role as an administrator, I discovered a plans to reorganize the
office supply cupboard by category. We place fewer orders and save 35% on office supplies every
year for a year. I am excited to bring my skills to this role.

• Tell me about a time you deal with challenging situation at work ?


“I used to work in a printing shop at that time, and at that time I was always subject to overtime, even
if I calculated that I spent more time at work there.”

• Can you tell me how much should I pay you?


“Ok alright, before I worked at this tutoring school, my salary was around 2,900,000 per month,
usually there was an additional bonus as appreciation if many students joined, I hoped the nominal
salary would be more than my previous place.”
