Course Requirement (Oral Presentation)

1. The students are divided into groups.


2. Each group will be assigned a topic to present in the class. The following are the bases
for rating:
• Quality of slides – 10-30 words per slide, appropriateness of color, animation,
and design
• Quality of presentation and facilitative skill – delivery of content, ability to
accommodate and respond to questions, ability to facilitate discussion, clarity of
expression, communicative skills, ability to hold attention and interest
• Substance/Content – Depth, relevance, meaningfulness
3. Your Oral Presentation should be substantial and should follow the given guidelines:
3.1. Understand very well the topic assigned to you to discuss
3.2. Consult related materials/references/websites/journals
3.3. Synthesize the ideas from different sources
3.4. Acknowledge references (APA 7 Style)
3.5. Adhere to the given format.
