2. Project Overview:
The Barangay San Isidro Community Clean-Up and Waste Management
Program aims to address the growing problem of waste disposal and
environmental degradation in the barangay. The project will involve organizing
regular community clean-up activities, educating residents about proper waste
segregation, and improving waste management infrastructure to promote a cleaner
and healthier environment for the community.
 Project Description:
The project will engage barangay residents in regular clean-up drives, the
establishment of waste segregation bins, and the creation of educational
materials to raise awareness about waste management practices.
 Project Purpose:
This project seeks to reduce littering, promote proper waste disposal, and
increase community participation in keeping the barangay clean. The

3. Objectives:
  Objective 1:
To organize monthly community clean-up drives across all sectors of
Barangay San Isidro.
 Objective 2:
To install at least 20 waste segregation bins in key public areas and provide
proper waste disposal education to the residents.
 Objective 3:
To educate at least 80% of barangay residents on the importance of proper
waste segregation and disposal practices through seminars and workshops.

4. Project Justification:
 Needs Assessment:
Barangay San Isidro has been facing significant challenges with waste
disposal, resulting in unsightly litter and clogged drainage systems. The lack
of proper waste segregation and the absence of sufficient waste management
infrastructure have led to environmental concerns such as flooding, poor
sanitation, and health hazards.
 Community Impact:
This project will directly address these issues by fostering a cleaner
environment, which will improve the health and well-being of residents.
