Screenshots In between tasks and projects, I use Trello or similar tools to both
contain the clutter (something only you can see at one time) and, at the same time
mimic an organized way of approaching projects. Trello is one of the most popular
business project management tools for workflow tracking and team collaboration. It
provides businesses with the ability to build workspaces where teams can track
tasks, establish timelines, and streamline processes.
4. Short description about the web app/website (3 points)

- Trello is a cloud-based project management tool that allows individuals and businesses
to organize tasks and projects, monitor progress and collaborate efficiently. It is a visual
board tool that allows you to create lists and cards to better organize your workflows.
Trello is an app used by businesses in various industries to divide up tasks, work with
team members, and organize business projects. Automation, third-party app
integration (Slack and Google Drive), and customizable workflows with Trello gives it the
power to enhance productivity and simplify complex project management. It is
particularly beneficial for stability with remote teams, marketing campaigns, software
development, and general business operations.
5. Three (3) unique/interesting features of the web app/website (5 points)

- Custom Workspaces & Boards – Create a different workspace with custom boards to
accommodate for various projects, department, or workflows-the options are endless.
Which gives enough flexibility to the teams while customizing Trello as per their needs.

- Collaborate & Update in Real time – Team members can comment on a task, mention
colleagues, attach files, and update the progress in real-time so that the communication
& visibility within the organization is smooth.

- Security & Administrative Controls- As Trello comes with enterprise security, role-based
permissions, and access controls; it implies that this digital project management tool is
ideal to use for businesses that need their data and a properly organized team.

Assuming you are tasked to modify the web app/website, what are the changes that you
will apply to it?

- Trello is a great personal planning solution, but if I had to make changes I would quickly
build out task dependencies and Gantt charts. This task list would additionally feature a
special communication panel to allow teams to have conversations or video calls inside
Trello. I would also improve reporting and analytics by adding granular information
about task progress and activity from the entire team. Finally, offline mode and AI
automation to facilitate smooth workflow and intelligent task management for
businesses.
