Assistant Vice President (F&B).
Worked as Deputy General Manager (Food & Beverage) from April 2007 to
March 2010 at Mayfair Lagoon (unit of Mayfair hotels & Resorts Ltd) at
Bhubaneswar with additional responsibility As an In charge of Mayfair
Convention at Bhubaneswar
Performance Indicators:-
Effective co-ordination within the department and in between different
department for the mutual objective of wowing the guest in an un-foreseen
manner that the guest is forced to avail hotel services repeatedly.
Whenever I was given a responsibility. I always shoo-in & delivered the fruits to
the utmost satisfaction of the bosses.
The team work I have initiated allowed me for faster operating decisions &
prepared a platform for team players to bring their heads together and generate
innovative ideas, - beneficial in achieving the end results.
Continually taken on the job training on various matters viz. Time Management,
