I. Objectives To inform the constituents of the financial status, accomplishments, on-going and
planes Program, Projects and Activities of the Barangay and the Sangguniang
Kabataan.

1. PRELIMINARIES
The Activity commenced at 2:00 PM, started with a prayer followed by the singing of
the Philippine National Anthem and singing of Municipal Hymn thru an AVP
The Master of Ceremony, Hon. Ramil C. Pedrero, acknowledged the local officials

The presence of other barangay officials and attendees were likewise acknowledged
Messages:
Following the opening remarks of Hon. Rebecca V. Barrantes, Punong
Barangay, and RHU staff members Nurse Rea C. Berino and Midwife Leah Jane M.
Optana were the first to deliver their reports. They introduced and informed
everybody of the medical services provided by the Rural Health Unit (RHU), as well as
the construction of a Super Health Centre in Barangay Pilit.
Next up to deliver her speech is MPS- Santa Fe's PSSG Elsa E. Villas, who,
together with her colleague, informs the body about the services that they do in
keeping peace and order in our town. They declare that they are carrying out the
curfew law imposed by the Sangguniang Bayan. They strictly monitor all drug
surrenderers as well as any potential or ongoing illicit activities on the site. They also
praised Barangay Tanod for thier regular duties in the post.
Myra E. Roble of the DENR- Environmental Management Bureau informed the
body about the RA 9003 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR AN ECOLOGICAL SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME, CREATING THE NECESSARY
INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS AND INCENTIVES, DECLARING CERTAIN ACTS
PROHIBITED AND PROVIDING PENALTIES, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. She also stated that Barangay Pilit had previously
violated the Republic Act, but this had already been resolved. The designated area has
already been cleaned and prepared for vegetable planting. She asked the body to
practise adequate waste segregation and prevent burning.
Honorable comes from Sangguniang Bayan members Hon. Larry Aruta and
Hon. Rick Fajardo and the other members send their greetings to everyone,
particularly the people present in the Barangay Assembly. They report that they are all
performing their duties effectively and efficiently. They are all doing everything they
can to create money and funds in order to ensure a long-term and wealthy future.
They also inform constituents about the upcoming advancement of our Barangay,
which will see a large number of establishments built for development.
Nerissa Amor Lago, Human Resources Manager and PESO Designate,
informs constituents about the department's services. She gladly invites the first-time
job seeker to visit the workplace for profiling.
Last messages coming from Hon. Amparo H. Monteza, Municipal Mayor,
gladly informs and congratulates the citizens on the visible improvement made in our
Barangay through the joint efforts of all stakeholders. She stated that she was doing
her utmost to provide all fundamental services to people equally and honestly .
