What Will Happen If I Don’t Give This

Document To My Clients ?

❌ Assuming Additional Services are Included – If not explicitly

mentioned, clients may expect extra work.

❌ Vague or Ambiguous Wording – If descriptions are unclear,

clients can misinterpret what is covered.

❌ Verbal Commitments vs. Written Agreement – If designers

do not document agreements, verbal discussions hold no legal
weight.

❌ Clients Expecting On-Site Supervision for Every Detail –

Some may assume constant project monitoring is included.

Practical Examples -

🔑 Expecting the designer to handle execution work

🔑 Assuming structural modifications are included
🔑 Expecting incharge of project management without
additional costs
