Simple Present: Affirmative form
1st person “I” and plurals
To talk about your daily activities, you say: I study all morning.
To talk about your family’s, your friends’, your colleagues’ daily activities, you say: They work from 1 pm to 6 pm.

How to make affirmative sentences about daily activities
SUBTOPIC 3: I don't like Mondays
how to make negative sentences about daily activities
Simple Present: Negative form
1st person “I” and plurals
To talk about your daily activities in the negative form, you say: I don’t cook at 7 am

To talk about your family’s, your friends’, your colleagues’ daily activities in the negative form, you say: We don’t work.

They don’t get up early.

Simple Present: Yes/no questions
1st person “I” and plurals
To ask and answer about your daily activities with yes/no questions, you say:
Do you watch TV?
Yes, I do.
Do you play video games?
No, I don’t.
To ask and answer about your family’s, your friends’, your colleagues’ daily activities with Yes/No questions, you say:
Do you and your family cook?
No, we don’t.
Do your mum and dad do exercise?
Yes, they do.
The basic structure is the following: Do + personal pronoun + verb + complement?

Practise how to make interrogative sentences about daily activities
Simple Present: Wh- questions
1st person “I” and plurals
Remember that to make these questions, you need to add the “wh-” word at the beginning.
When do you have free time?
I have free time on Monday evening.

Because I like* it.
