ABOUT YUNI GROTESQUE
YUNI GROTESQUE is a compressed sans serif in vague references
of compressed sans serifs from the wood type area.
YUNI features kinks and quirks, rough edges and an unapologetic
curvature, paired with a slender body that works best set loud and tall
for headlines in editorial design, grindcore LP album covers, festival
posters, the title sequences of vampire horror movies set in the swamps
of 1870s Florida, or wood type museum identities.
For now YUNI GROTESQUE only covers the two extreme ends of its
weight spectrum, plus the golden middle, the Medium weight. Three remai-
ning weights that lie in between those three will follow eventually, as

and the final update of this beau.
YUNI GROTESQUE is the slabless sibling of YUNI SLAB ( released
in 2022 with TypeMates ) and is for now the latest but not last member
of the YUNI-family. As one might think; the Grotesque pairs fantastically
well with the Slab. I dare you to give it a try!
