Circular for Parents (Class III to Class XII)
Dear Parents,

Hope you are safe and secure and are preparing yourself for the neo- normal approach to life we all would be expected to adopt for many more months to
come.

As you already know, the school has been conducting Online Classes to ensure that our children stay tuned-in to academics, and do not fritter away their time
and energy. The teachers have been working very hard to acquire different skill-sets to make it happen. However, the teaching- learning program can be
considered delivered only when the outcome is assessed and evaluated.

The normal cycle of an organised school covers the teaching followed by the evaluation and exchanging the feedback through a PTM. But in these special and
unprecedented circumstances, we will need to keep the PTM and Assessments in a parallel way.

In view of the above the school has planned Online Assessments based on the Online Classes, from Friday, 29th May, 2020. The syllabus, date sheet and
pattern would be shared through the ERP. However, the conduction of the examination would be through the Microsoft team app and students must follow
the points mentioned below to appear in the test:
1. Type “teams.microsoft.com” on the internet explorer.
2. Click on “Sign In” Option
3. Enter your login details. (Username is your 4/5 digit admission [email protected]
mentioned on your school icard and the password is student@12345! For the first time login. For example, if your admission number is I-15/4758 then
your username would be [email protected] and the password will be student@12345!. You must change your password after first time
login.)
4. Click on the “Online Test” as per the schedule that will be sent to you. (You need to login at the given time and date mentioned in the exam time
table, which will be shared through ERP.)
5. You can start your test.
6. Once you complete you click on submit. (Please be informed that these tests would be time based and the test will automatically be submitted once
the time gets over. So students must complete the test within the time specified for the test.)
7. A sample paper will be uploaded on Monday, 25th May 2020 for students to get familiar with the process.
We seek your cooperation in ensuring its smooth conduct, in a controlled home environment, where the student can attempt the paper comfortably.

Kindly also note that the school would be conducting an Online PTM from Saturday, 23rd May 2020. You would be informed about your designated slot
through ERP. Please be available at the required date and time for a brief interaction which would definitely help in nurturing the bond between the parents,
students and their teachers.

Your cooperation is highly solicited as this exercise would be new for both the teachers and the parents, but even a brief ice- breaker meeting can charge-up
your ward and keep him/her connected to the school and the teachers.

Let’s work as true partners in education, a perfect team and create a milestone by making our teaching- learning program truly collaborative and a grand
success.
