Essential Skills and Experience:


 14–16 years of proven experience in HR Services and Outsourcing in a

space 100-500 FTEs (E1)
 Strong People/Performance management experience
 Good experience in delivering Transformation projects for clients including
Automation using Industry Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
 Focused on customer value and improvement of overall customer
experience (C-SAT, internal quality processes).
 Leadership skills in a multicultural environment, cultural sensitivity, and
ability to work internationally.
 Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment.
 Ability to influence senior business stakeholders at the client end.
 Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.

Delivery Function for a large Lifesciences customer.
This person will Own the Delivery Function for Enterprise Quality and will be
responsible for growth.
The candidate should have a builder and pragmatic mindset; the firm seeks not

execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible
business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).

 Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce solution and for

 Provide a detailed level of pre-sales support to include effort estimates and
staffing decisions for proposed solutions

 Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of

 Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
