at (800) 611-6206 or [email protected]. Keep all packaging materials in case the device needs to be
returned.
Overview
If the device does not respond when the power button is pressed, it may be due to a completely discharged
battery. Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes using the supplied Type-C cable and power adapter, and then
try switching on the device again.
All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan. If you notice a significant reduction in the battery life, please
contact Prosper Wireless for assistance.
The device may heat up during prolonged use or exposure to high temperatures. If the device overheats, stop
charging it and place it in a cool location to allow it to cool down. Avoid touching the surface of the device when it
is overheating.
Charging times may vary depending on the ambient temperature and the remaining battery level.
Use only the correct external power supply. The power adapter provided with the product should only be used
with the specified power type indicated on the electrical rating label. If unsure, please contact Prosper Wireless
customer support for assistance.
Do not attempt to open or repair the battery pack as it may result in fire or burns.
If the device will not be used for an extended period, ensure that the battery has a residual charge of about
50%. The device displays a low battery warning when the battery is almost empty. Charge the device
immediately to prevent automatic shutdown.
Warnings
Only use the original power adapter and Type-C cable provided to charge the tablet. Using different power
adapters may damage the tablet.
Ensure that the power supply is plugged into a power outlet with the correct input voltage. The adapter output
voltage is 5.0V DC, 2A.
Avoid exposing the device to strong magnetic fields, as it may cause damage.
Only qualified employees of Prosper Wireless can repair the tablets.
Keep the volume at a safe level to protect your hearing. Prolonged exposure to loud noise may result in
hearing troubles.
Avoid dropping or bumping the device against objects, as it may cause damages not covered by the standard
warranty.
Do not expose the device to damp environments, rain, or extremely hot environments. Contact with liquids,
sand, or prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause irreparable damage.
Replacing the battery with a non-compliant model can result in an explosion hazard.

displays a low battery warning when the battery is almost empty. Charge the device immediately to prevent it from
turning off automatically.
