Deworming protocols
Deworming Programs: Deworming is essential for controlling internal parasites. For dogs, the
program starts early at 2 weeks of age, with treatments repeated every two weeks until they
reach 3 months, then transitioning to a schedule of every 3 months. For cats, the program
begins at 2 weeks of age and continues bi-weekly until 12 months, after which it shifts to every
3 months.
Starts at: 2 weeks of age, repeated every two weeks until 3 months of age, then every 3 months
thereafter.
Starts at: 2 weeks of age, repeated every two weeks until 12 months of age, then at 3 months
and every 6 months thereafter.
Ectoparasite Control and Prevention: Measures to prevent external parasites such as fleas, ticks,
