Executive Summary

K ittykyuut Shops will bring unique recess time experienced in Los Amigos

National High School. Our vision is “We proudly serve the healthy food to fulfill

one’s desire of our guest’s with a focus on bread and decadent sweets.” The recipes

and inspiration come from successful, cutting edge restaurants in Los Amigos. This

restaurant took advantage of strong trends among consumers who wanted healthy and

delicious foods.

Our restaurant’s will offer delicious, natural food in quick, and having a good nutrients

that we can get from the food. These kind of business is focusing in sweet foods such

as cakes, pies, cookies and breads. Hundreds of students will be able to buy in our

simple restaurant.

The Kittykyuut Shop’s location, products, processes and marketing will all be tightly

integrated. We are encouraging all the board members of our target respondents to

follow our business development process through our highlighting development to build

personal relationship with our customer’s in Los Amigos National High School.

Product/Services

Our products is good for our customers, we offer different kinds of sweet foods such as

cookies, different shape of cakes, and breads. Our food will use high quality, local

ingredients, like fresh vegetables, sourdough crust, cheeses, and etc...

We also offer services like free delivery, to teach how to make healthy and

delicious food, the benefits we can get from our foods and other services for the good in

our customers. Having the good nutrients from food, customers will buy and share

others to taste the product we have.

Distribution of Product

TheCinnamon Roll is very delicious. In packaging, one container it contains of four

pieces and has a fixed price. So, for the distributing of our product, we have delivery

truck to deliver from different location of our customer’s or we are one who distributedto

them to get their orders. Our delivery truck will carry the product for market, house to

house, to restaurants or other location.

We also promise in our customer that we can handle and care products for the

service that desire’s of our guest’s. Through delivery, we need to provide good service

for others.
Industry

The board members will plan to make our business known to others. We build different

branches from different location have chosen. One of the board members have

suggested to build 11 stores in Mindanao, 14 in Visayas and 25 in Luzon region.

To make our plan successful, through unity of members we can build our own business

and each of one can offer good services.

This graph shown as the perception of our customer in our products. Most of the

customer are the student’s.They want to taste our baked product, they like to eat

because they want it, they are buying it is because our goods are clean and safety, and

they happy to share others.First of all,for the safety of our customer we informed them

the ingredients and they already know what our product or content is all about.
Business Competition

In our location have we chosen is hard to compete to others, it is because some

are will known of our respondent’s. But we need to do this because it can challenge

ourselves to face all the straggles have we encounter in competing other business

owner’s.

Position

In the near future, the area of our business it becomes bigger than the present

time. This picture shown as the location of our business. When?, where?We put our

Our baked product has different amount. If we offer cakes, the amount must be

expensive than other baked products. Why? It is because the ingredients have used

from it. But now, we offer bread product because it can affordable our respondent.

The product was called “ Cinnamon Roll ” the best one of our Bread Pastry

Production. Now, we will know how we come up the pricing in our products.

We make 60 pieces of Cinnamon Roll, we sell in a smallest price. One container of

Cinnamon bread worth it P 50.00 and contains 4 pieces. We offer Cinnamon bread in a

cost of P10.00,so that they can afford and save more.


Marketing Goals

The best goal of the KittyKyuut Shop business is to serve honestly, quickly,

accurately, courteously, and be a cleaner environment for everyone. We assure that our

business must be improved and can compete with others.

Also, we need to enhance our skills one of us. Through this, we can help

unemployed people and give them the right job to reach each one’s desire.

Vision

We proudly serve the healthy and wealthy nutrients food to fulfill one’s desire of our

costumer and our guest’s.

• We will prepare and sell quick service food to fulfill our guest’s needs

Marketing Strategies

The marketing strategies is one of the big challenges in our businesses. It is

because somebody will not buy because they don’t like the food or food is too much

expensive. But, one of the strategies that we have made is to entertain our customer’s

until they buy our goods.
